Transparency is part of safety.

PRG Academy recognizes that parents are the primary authority in a child's life. Our role is to support families by providing a safe and structured environment where young people can grow and develop positive life skills.

An open-door philosophy for parents

Parents are welcome to observe Academy activities, sit in on voice channels, review Academy policies, communicate directly with Academy leadership, ask questions, and stay informed about their child's participation.

There are no closed-door Academy meetings, hidden discussions, or private Academy activities that parents are prohibited from observing.

Youth protection standards

Clear rules for communication and supervision.

Communication transparencyDirect Messages are not permitted for Academy business. Academy communication is conducted in public and visible channels whenever possible, and concerns or disputes are handled through the official ticket system.

Adult supervisionAcademy Voice Channels may not be opened or operated without adult PRG leadership present. Adult leadership provides oversight and remains available to assist, guide, and supervise cadets.

School comes firstAcademy activities are not conducted during a cadet's designated school hours. Education, homework, family responsibilities, church commitments, and other real-life obligations take priority over gaming activities.

Personal information protectionCadets are prohibited from sharing home addresses, phone numbers, passwords, financial information, and sensitive personal information. Cadets are encouraged to protect their privacy and practice responsible online safety.

Reporting concernsBullying, harassment, threats, inappropriate conduct, or unsafe behavior should be reported immediately through the Academy ticket system or directly to Academy leadership. Reports are reviewed and addressed promptly.

Zero tolerancePRG Academy does not tolerate bullying, harassment, threats, discrimination, predatory behavior, grooming behavior, sharing inappropriate content, or attempts to bypass Academy safety rules.

Leadership accountability

No member is above Academy standards.

No rank or position exempts a person from Academy rules. Leaders are expected to demonstrate integrity, respect, accountability, fairness, and professional conduct, and are held to the same standards — often higher standards — than cadets.
