PRG Academy Standards
Standards that protect the culture.
The Academy's standards are built to protect cadets, support parents, maintain transparency, and keep leadership accountable.
Code of conduct
Every Academy member is expected to:
Treat others with respect.Respect is the baseline for Academy participation.
Use appropriate language.Academy spaces are expected to remain appropriate and respectful.
Demonstrate good sportsmanship.Competition does not remove the expectation of maturity.
Show honesty and integrity.Cadets are expected to take responsibility for their behavior.
Support fellow members.The Academy is a community, not simply a collection of individual players.
Follow Academy policies.Members are also expected to represent PRG Academy positively inside and outside Academy activities.
Communication & voice
Visible, accountable communication.
Public channels for Academy businessAcademy business is conducted in public channels. Direct Messages are not used for Academy operations.
Official concerns use the ticket systemLeadership communication remains visible and accountable whenever possible.
Adult leadership in Academy voiceAdult PRG leadership must be present for Academy voice activities. Parents are welcome to observe Academy voice activities.
Youth protection
Zero tolerance for serious safety violations.
PRG Academy maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding grooming behavior, predatory conduct, harassment, bullying, discrimination, sharing inappropriate content, and attempts to bypass Academy safety procedures.
A serious violation may result in immediate removal pending leadership review.
Discipline procedures
Correct behavior. Protect members. Maintain a healthy environment.
When necessary, Academy leadership may use progressive or immediate discipline depending on the situation.
Step 1
Counseling
Verbal counseling may be used to address behavior.
Step 2
Warning
A written warning may document a continued or significant issue.
Step 3
Restriction / Suspension
Temporary restrictions or suspension may be used when necessary.
Step 4
Removal
Leadership may remove a member from Academy activities or permanently from the Academy.
