PRG Academy is designed to help young people become stronger leaders, better teammates, and more responsible individuals through mentorship, accountability, and community.

What cadets learn

These six development areas come directly from the Academy's parent information program.

Leadership

Learning how to guide others through service, example, and responsibility.

Communication

Developing healthy communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibility

Understanding accountability and personal ownership.

Teamwork

Learning to work with others toward common goals.

Approaching challenges thoughtfully and respectfully.

Building integrity, honesty, humility, and respect.

What membership asks of a cadet

Participation is a privilege. Cadets are expected to follow Academy rules and standards, show respect toward others, maintain appropriate conduct, follow leadership instructions, and support a positive community environment.

Treat others with respect.
Respect is expected in both conduct and communication.
Use appropriate language.
Academy spaces are expected to remain appropriate and respectful.
Show good sportsmanship.
How a cadet handles competition matters.
Show honesty and integrity.
Accountability and personal ownership are part of development.
Support fellow members.
The goal is a positive community environment, not individual status.
